The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the interior balcony from the room into the atrium is a really great feature. Location right on the promenade/seafront which was lovely to be so close to for an early morning walk.

I would recommend to anyone our room was the penthouse and had a balcony with fantastic views across the sea you won't be disappointed staying here and breakfast is lovely

Beautiful location on the Promenade over looking the Bay. Close to main mall. Didn't eat breakfast here. The room was spacious and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights. Next to Gaiety theatre. If you're interested in bike racing or stunning scenery Isle of Man is for you.
The location is perfect, very close to the shops, the park, good restaurants, the Gaiety Theatre and other amenities, yet wonderfully quiet. The room was comfy with a big window and Megan the host was so helpful and charming. Would definitely stay here again. It was so quiet and private, there were other guests, but I hardly heard them at all.

I booked a double room with a sea view, the room was great and the view was amazing able to look round the promenade and out to sea.
Location was fantastic, next door to the Gaiety theatre, 2 min walk into the shopping area with its bars and restaurants and less than 50 mts from the beach.
The staff were lovely, helpful and cheery.
Fabulous buffet breakfast was included in the price.
Underground parking for guests is a real bonus at only £4 per day.
