When we arrived the gentleman on reception was very helpful in advising me about parking and how this worked with the local council. He went out of his way to offer help with luggage and to make sure we new the times of breakfast and check out, which was very helpful and we had a small dog with us who was very welcomed as well.

While guests can enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel's bar downstairs, it's unfortunate that dogs are not permitted in that area
Great location, lovely bed, sea view and staff very friendly. Lovely walk along the promenade to Folkestone Harbour. We were getting Le Tunnel the next day so staying at Folkestone removes all the stress of the journey down. Didn't eat there at night but breakfast was spot on.

Only had one meal, that was really good fish & chips. Beer was also good. Very friendly staff.

The apartment is very high quality located close to the sea front. It is very comfortable and warm and peaceful. It is a short walk to the Cliff path which is a nature walk into Folkestone Harbour. It’s a lovely walk along and recommended. There is car parking at the property which is great.
It is a very cosy place and we were sad to leave.
