The location of the hotel is brilliant, a 2 minute walk to Fistral beach. There are brilliant views from the hotel as well. Parking is easy and a good price. The breakfast was very nice and the restaurant decor is great with fire pits on the terrace.
Amazing modern apartment, very clean, so easy to check in and out. Walking distance to Fistral beach. Half hour walk into Newquay town centre or about £8 in a taxi.
The location was perfect for us, close to Fistral Beach. Easy access to the designated parking bay at the apartment. The instructions given by the owner and a code to get the key and parking permit were straightforward.
The apartment is beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Just a short walk to Fistral Beach and an easy stroll to the town centre, with supermarkets, pubs and restaurants near by. Very dog friendly - even provided dog bowls and treats! Reasonably priced parking was directly behind the apartment (£6 for 24 hours). We had a lovely stay and will definitely book again.
Lovely spacious comfortable apartment with everything you could need for a self catering stay. Thoughtful welcome pack in the kitchen which was much appreciated. Located perfectly for scooting out with Milo(the dog) either onto the coastal path or the fantastic Fistral Beach with it`s bar and eateries. Sainsburys 5 minutes walk away, centre of Newquay 10 mins stroll. And gated access to allocated parking!. 9 Bredon Court ticked all our boxes and Newquay is very dog friendly if you want to take pooch with you for a drink or something to eat.
Lovely apartment with everything we needed, (also things we didn’t think we needed). There were plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable. The underground parking was a deal breaker. It’s in an ideal position in a quiet area of Newquay and close to Fistral Beach.
Beautifully grand hotel in an incredible location with stunning views of the Atlantic and Fistral Beach. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff in every department. Reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Fantastic spa and leisure facilities. Great breakfast.

Lots of choices of beaches.
Lots of choices of beaches. Lots of sand when the tide goes out. Would recommend the beach in the Old Harbour for families especially if little ones want to paddle. The sea at Fistral Beach is pretty rough which is why it is mostly used by surfers or experienced swimmers.
