I have always avoided the Holiday Inn due to word of mouth and my preference for the reliability of Premier Inn. On this occasion, I had to make a last-minute booking and so ended up here.
I am glad I did.
Excellent clean and modern facilities - great rooms - friendly staff - good breakfast.
Next time I am in Exeter I will stay here again.

Our room was spacious, beds very comfortable and pillows yummy. I could not fault the bedding. Breakfast was great. So much to choose from. Staff wonderfully helpfull. Within an easy 20minute walk to bars and restaurants. Supermarket right across the road. The only downside was the seagulls making a racket early in the morning. I have been told that's what to expect in Exeter. 😃

Everything was lovely, we would return in the future.

Fantastic hotel. Spotless rooms and great location.
everything. Warm and comfortable room- clean bed and bathroom- nice continental breakfast. Parking on site (£3) and the host suggested I leave my car in the car spot until i had visited Exeter Cathedral. This was a very good idea and saved me another parking charge. The host had her partner take my suitcase up the steep stairs.
