I was greeted like a returning guest as I have stayed here before.
I was upgraded to the large family room which is downstairs.
I was informed of the slight noise from the kitchen extractor units however this had no impact whatsoever.
The room was large comfortable and clean.
The bathroom had both a bath and separate shower cubicle.
The hotel breakfast is all freshly cooked and has a wonderful selection of fruits, juices pastries.
All of the staff are super friendly and happy to help.

Lovely Comfy room and bed very spacious loved the shower
everything. Warm and comfortable room- clean bed and bathroom- nice continental breakfast. Parking on site (£3) and the host suggested I leave my car in the car spot until i had visited Exeter Cathedral. This was a very good idea and saved me another parking charge. The host had her partner take my suitcase up the steep stairs.
Very close to Exeter city centre. Spacious room with comfortable beds.
The Exeter Red Coat walking tours are free and hugely informative. Exeter Cathedral is a ‘must see’.
