I came after a party at Crich, and stayed the night so that I could visit the industrial archaeology in Bullbridge. I introduced myself at the bar. I checked into my room and was able to go for a walk before breakfast whilst it was nice and quiet, and, although I couldn't find how to open the door after using the pass key, (a kind member of staff helped me), I was able to gain access to my room. I was able to have 'poached' egg-on-toast for breakfast. I very much liked the photographs on the walls celebrating the industrial past of Bullbridge.

we stayed here as it’s very near East Midlands designer outlets and has a swimming pool leisure centre included in the price making it a great girls getaway.
Clean, new, modern, bright rooms in the new section of the hotel. The receptionist offered a room in the new section of the hotel and I checked out later than the designated time without paying extra. The restaurant offers a delicious crab pasta dish and a selection of food/drinks at reasonable prices (for the London standards). The car park is free of charge and has ample space. Hotel location convenient for the East Midlands Designer Outlet (next door!), 10-15min drive to Hardwick Hall and some 25min drive to Chatsworth House.
