We stayed for a long weekend for my husband's birthday and the hotel was fantastic. Reception and Restaurant staff were polite, cleaners were brilliant. We booked a waterfront view room, which was a fantastic view and well worth the extra. We had a meal in Faradays Restaurant both evenings. Breakfast had everything you could wish for and was well worth the money and the hotel also caters well for those with Coeliac/Gluten Free/Allergies. The pool/leisure centre facilities were an added bonus.
Once you validated your car at reception, parking was free as well. Merryhill shopping centre was literally over the road and there were a couple of bars over the bridge down by the waterfront. Brilliant stay and we can't wait to come back and visit again. Thanks to the whole team for a great stay,
