I didn't have any concerns during my stay. Everything was perfect , well organized and it was easy being a guest there. Perfectly located when visiting an event at O2, also fast connection to the center of London. Breakfast was to my liking and they had a really nice person working at the breakfast area who always made sure I find everything I need.

Nice hotel in historical building. Very nice breakfast. Good location for going to concert at London Stadium as few stops on overground. Partner had a good massage in the spa.
Booked a double room with sofa bed for 3 people as we were going to a concert at the O2. The location was brilliant for our trip, 5 minutes walk from Canning Town tube station and only 1 stop to North Greenwich for the O2. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, the beds very comfy and with free WiFi and breakfast was value for money.
