Incredible service from the manager. Unfortunately there was an issue with the room but they found me an incredible alternative for the night.
We cannot wait to stay at Parador when we go back.

There's a pub downstairs which is convenient for a quick meal if you're checking in later I'm the day, and surprisingly don't hear the pub in the evening at all
The chocolate brownie and ice cream at the pub...to die for! 😋

The staff at the hotel were very nice and very polite. The food was good, plenty of choice at breakfast. The room was large, that big we could hardly see the 32" TV from the sofa. The welcome pack in the room was a nice treat too.

The property is well located in the centre of town about a 15 minute walk from the railway station but close to bars and restaurants.
I arrived early, before checkin time, and I had a couple of hours to kill before an appointment. I was able to store my luggage behind reception and there was a comfortable guest lounge to sit in with free drinking water and hot drinks. The reception staff were very pleasant and hospitable.
My room was very clean and nicely decorated and the linens were very nice, clean and crisp. I asked for a quiet floor and it was very quiet, away from any potential street noise. There was a mini fridge in my room.

Riverhouse is well located right by the river, and a stones throw from the lovely Bute Park and city centre. We particularly liked the kitchen which was well organised and the outdoor terrace where we had dinner one evening. The bathrooms were super clean and pleasant.

The location of the apartment was really handy across the road from Bute Park, it was lovely to get breakfast and walk in the park. The apartment interior was very clean and spacious. There were balconies overlooking the parking area. The apartment was extremely well equipped with kitchen equipment, a washing machine and dish washer.
The best thing about this apartment is the location. It was just an easy 5-minute walk to the city centre. Also, the spacious, pretty Bute Park is just a short jog away. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable although somewhat on the soft, spongy side. There is a decent sized living room although we didn't use it much.
Everything was great!! Smooth online check in and check out, no keys (just codes), everything was clean, comfortable beds, location is amazing - Cardiff castle and Bute park are just a 5 min walk, same for the train station! Also great to have a washing machine - we stayed for five days so it was great to wash out clothes. Also very quiet and safe. We also had 3 restrooms and 2 showers - very comfortable! Also a good WiFi connection.

The shops are excellent but you have also got the museums, the bay which you can easily reach on the river bus. You can see a show at the millenium centre visit the stadium for sporting events or just do a tour.
