The family room was lovely, big and clean. The bathroom was full of toiletries. The fridge was stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks. There was plenty of room for clothing. The beds were very comfy.

The staff are very well trained and the atmosphere they create is everything you want from a top class hotel.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, there was always a member of staff on hand to assist with all your needs.
The location was wonderful, sitting in the bar, overlooking the river was wonderful. Close enough for a short walk down the river to Richmond town and shops but far enough away to be quite and peaceful.

There is a very nice cafe across the road and there are loads of restaurants to eat within 10 mins walk. Best thing is that we are close to Bushy Park and Hampton Court Palace Garden.
The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Hampton Court Village, including the palace and surrounding parks. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet with a lovely outlook over Bushy Park. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful.
Great location! Bushy Park is literally across the road from the hotel, we could see the park entry gates from our window. The hotel is also a short 5 minute walk to Hampton Court Palace.
The breakfast area is tastefully decorated with marble topped tables. We opted for the vegan breakfast which was well cooked, and enjoyed a great flavourful coffee. Staff were very welcoming on arrival. I would choose to stay here again if visiting the local area.

We stayed in the Ann Bolyn apartment, ideal for the two of us. It had everything we needed and was spotless. We stayed two nights. Slepwell both nights as the bed was so comfy. The location is perfect, right next to Hampton court palace, and directly over the road from Bushy park. The Lion gate cafe across the road is also brilliant and reasonably priced. Our host Steve was great, and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back and would recommend this accommodation 100%.

The rooms we got were simple, clean and nice. We alerted the hotel that we plan to come with a pet - and in the room there was a pet pillow, a bowl and some treats for our pup.
Dinner and breakfast were great, and there's a very nice vibe in the pub.
The hotel is close to Bushy park and Kingston's center and the team were welcoming.

the location was perfect and the fact there is free parking (especially around Christmas time and during a train strike period) was amazing! I loved the decor and the bed was so comfy which is obviously so important. The staff at reception were really friendly. The breakfast supplied at the hotel premises was quite yummy. I love that the hotel is pet friendly, next time I might bring one with me as bushy park and the riverside walks are lovely to do!
The hotel is conveniently situated close to the M25, with Bushy Park and Hampton Court very close. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and were positive, interacting with a smile. The room was very comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of parking. There's a good selection of beers in the bar, too. Recommended.
