Breakfast in the pub attached to the hotel.
We had dinner in the private room of the pub for a group of 12. Very good.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were attentive and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the Babylon room which was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay.
I have to give compliments to all of the staff working there, they really did make our stay so enjoyable.

If you like Hen & Stag nights, loud music, grubby streets, grubby buildings and partially clad people (both sexes) who should really not be partially clad, then this is the place for you.
The fact that the council has built a superb new tramway passing along Broad Street and made massive improvements to Centennial Square only to have these investments completely negated by the lack of 'clean up' of Broad Street is beyond velief.

The location was excellent and was booked as it was near to Broad Street.
The room was clean and spacious and had complimentary tea and coffee which was nice. Staff very helpful checking in.
Great hotel everything is in walking distance. Ideal for shopping and nightlife. Lots of bars and restaurants on Broad Street which is around the corner .
Brilliant customer service, very helpful staff, the hotel was so much better than we expected, was worried about noise etc with it being located in the middle of broad street but we didn't hear a thing from floor 11, we had the breakfast buffet which was absolutely lovely there was a massive selection and all tasted lovely, our room was spotless and I was happy withe tea facilities,I would definitely recommend and we will for sure be using this hotel again in the future.
This is home from home with everything you could want on a trip away. The location is idyllic beside the canal and also within walking distance of the Broad Street attractions. The host checked in with us after the first night and is very attentive.
Well presented apartment, exceptionally clean, quiet despite being on Broad Street. The facilities were great, with access to a gym and shared workspace.
The hotel is on one of the main ring roads. The apartment was spacious and had enough facilities to cater for yourself. It's only a short walk to the city centre but a bit further to the Broad Street district. Breakfast was a take-away from an in house supermarket with a similar choice that would be on offer at a petrol station.

We was told to avoid Broad Street as its the trouble-some area but we found it very pleasant and less drama then a Friday night in Brighton. Deff recommend if your under 25. If your over 25, check out the Arcadiam - its more up market, so nice dresses and heels for that one.
