Love the traditional decor. It’s an all in one for me. Wanted a place where I didn’t need to leave the hotel for anything. High tea was excellent. Dinner at the grill was good. The staff in general were great, especially the doormen and the lady who cleaned my room. She noticed I hadn’t used the espresso machine and left a note telling me there was a hidden button to press to turn it on. I thought that was sweet.
The Londoner features a stunning guest-only club, six concept restaurants and bars including a rooftop lounge, a spa with pool, gym, superfood clinic and beauty salon.

Big Ben
If your doorbell chimed this loud, it’s safe to say that your neighbours would have moved out long ago. For miles around, you’ll hear Big Ben’s legendary melody from the bell tower in the Houses of Parliament. The latter was once an 11th-century palace, repurposed centuries ago as the seat of Britain’s parliament.

I didn't go inside, but just seeing it from outside is an amazing experience. Wait to hear it mark the time. It's not worth it to visit the Palace of Westminster. The ticket is expensive, the visit is very short, disorganized and not well signed. Seeing it from outside is the best experience

If your trip is only to see the clock tower and Big Ben, wait until at least 2023 as at present, it is being supported and is covered in scaffold. The bell is only rung on special occasions at the moment. The Houses of Parliament are visible as is the Abbey.
Exceptional from start to finish. There was 2 adults and 2 children (age 5 & 2) for the stay. Each member of staff that we encountered went over and above to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. This was our first time doing a city break with children and the Park Plaza Riverbank made everything really easy for us. The facilities, the room & service were all fantastic. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and professional at all times. The location is very central with great views of Big Ben. We couldn't recommend more.
The property offers an amazing location with stunning views of the river, the Parliament, and Big Ben. The balcony is perfect for enjoying the scenery and relaxing. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and picturesque, ideal for a comfortable stay in London.
I stayed there for a weekend and it was amazing! The location is really good, the bus stop and the tube station are nearby and you can easily walk to the Big Ben and the London Eye. The beds are comfortable and they offer family dinners and walking tours.
The staff and the other guests were super friendly and I was welcomed straight away! I got the chance to get to know so many awesome personalities and I’m really grateful for that! I really loved staying there and I will definitely come back!
