A really nice place to stay in. Our room was comfortable and big enough for us and our bags. The room was facing the backyard so it was quiet. A big shower and nice bathroom, and the breakfast was delicious!

Great place, great breakfast and staff were excellent.

Breakfast was excellent. Good quality, tasty food.
A beautifully appointed little cottage - perfect for a couple. Very pleasant and kind hosts. Great location, just over the road from a large and interesting lake with plenty of wildlife. Just a few minutes from Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard, Exbury Gardens and Brockenhurst. Very comfortable and has a lovely attached conservatory which is a sun trap. Hosts had supplied milk, eggs and bread, as well as tea and coffee. Good little farm shop only a few hundred yards away with butcher and all other vital supplies. Secure location with gated access.
Very warm welcome on arrival and an excellent room.
We ate at Monty’s which was great value and excellent quality.
The evening receptionist suggested we could have morning tea delivered, which we did and it was on time too.
We needed a postage stamp to post a card to our grandson and the lovely morning receptionist gave us one out of her own purse. She refused our offer of payment, how generous of her.
Location is excellent for Beaulieu and the hotel has a large, secure car park and lovely grounds.
Fabulous hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We loved the historic location and proximity to the Beaulieu river; the food was expensive but very good quality. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've booked four more nights at the hotel for our honeymoon, which says it all really!
The cottage was in a lovely location for the New Forest and Beaulieu, which is why we were there. It had all the facilities one would want and the owner was a lovely lady who couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting this area.
Great location in the new forest and close to the place where you can launch canoes on the river Beaulieu.
Friendly welcome
Parking included off the road
Short walk to the pub
Well equipped. Private space in garden. Half bottle of Prosecco much appreciated. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Friendly host. Great location for Beaulieu Motor Museum which was the reason for the stay. Loved the very friendly chickens.
Perfect location for exploring the New Forest, especially the beautiful Beaulieu and Bucklers Hard. The self contained unit at the property has everything you need.
The location of the hotel was peaceful, with just the sounds of the various seabirds. Our room was wonderful, with good views of the river and a very comfy bed.
The terrace is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink or a meal, with a garden leading down to the riverside, and we enjoyed the river cruise and the walk to Beaulieu for lunch.
