Location was great for us. We didn't stay for breakfast. The room was lovely but a little tired, as were the bathrooms. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food and service was exceptional. As an overall package this Hotel was great, an oldy woldy charm with brilliant staff. It exceeded our expectations.

Very enjoyable stay, relaxing environment, attention to detail, lovely breaksfast, good environmental ( recycling) ethic, AND we were upgraded so had a super large size room, overlooking the garden and pool. Location about a mile from the city away from the crowds, and awoke to sound of a nightingale. Friendly host, english speaking, excellent facilities. Would stay again, wish we had longer there.

Cosy hotel in Carcassone itself so no car. Jerome picked us up from the secure assigned carpark and managed to get all our luggage and a mobility scooter (and us) in the very small car! On our way up, he gave us a rapid history lesson and restaurant guidance. Jerome also took us back to the car park in the morning and was unsurprised by our dinner report!
