the room was comfortable, large and welcoming with views out to the rear garden.
the restaurant was excellant and the public areas spacious. The hotel is well located to the city centre but adjcent to green parks for walking our dog.

The breakfast was very good. As I've listed below there were a number of maintenance issues. However the cost was inexpensive so on the basis of you get what you pay for, the overall stay wasn't bad.
