The apartment is spacious and well equiped situated in quiet location.
There are 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom plus spacious living room.
Kitchen has all equipment needed for cooking + dishwasher. Apartment has a washing machine.
There is a parking space right in front of the building (we didnt have a problem to find a parking space every day), parking is free.
Apartment is 15 minutes drive from 24H Le Mans circuit.
Beautiful apartment, very clean, huge balcony and a lovely owner Sabrina. We have stayed for two nights on our way to our "proper" holiday mainly to see the 24h Le Mans circuit but Sabrina gave us helpful recommendations for our stay (food,places to visit etc). Highly recommended. One word to describe.. BEAUTIFUL.
What a beautiful property! Quiet and conveniently located for Le Mans circuit. This would be a PERFECT location to stay for a race weekend. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a very peaceful night sleep. Air con was much appreciated too. Breakfast was delicious and our hosts were kind and supportive of our needs.
The atelier was cozy, with all necessary accommodations, situated perfectly in the city center, on walking distance to transport to and from the Le Mans circuit. Gerard (the host) has provided small welcoming additions such as a bottle of water, a bottle of milk, tea, coffee. It was easy to find and instructions for access, although in French, were quite easy to understand and I had no problem.

Location downtown was perfect. It was Easy to collect the Key even late in the evening . Very close to Le Mans circuit approx 15 minutes. Clean and comfortable rooms.

We chose the hotel for the location to the Le Mans circuit. We timed our visit so we were able to drive the public roads section of the track as they were being readied for the 24 hour race. All signage was on the course and it was truly a fantastic experience!
The hotel was easy to locate with ample parking. There was a bistro restaurant on-site which was convenient. There is a shopping centre about 2 minutes away by car , if you need anything.
The old city of Le Mans is about 15 minutes by car (depending on traffic). Worth a visit.
