Just 5 mins from the centre. Free street parking in front and side streets. Clean efficient rooms some with oddball deco. No frills but it works. Lovely staff and a good open lounge/breakfast area

Fantastic Breakfast, clean room and friendly staff
It is a very nice studio, new and clean, well designed. AC is efficient and WiFi is speed. Paid parking in front of this appartment but a free one on a next street. It is 15-20 minutes walk to Castillet and only a few minutes to the Castle.
I love Perpignan as a destination and this property provided the perfect place to stay. It's spacious, quirky and distinctly French, with every detail taken care of. Better still, the location is close to perfect, right in the heart of the old town, less than a minute's walk from Le Castillet. Such a comfortable place for my daughter and I to stay; my only regret is not being here longer.
The apartment is very well located, thirty seconds walk from Perpignan's main attraction, Le Castillet & is very confortable with a well equiped kitchen, cosy living area & with a comfortable double bed. The apartment is absolutely ideal for a stay in Perpignan! 👍

You look out onto green fields from the terrace, but it's only a 20-minute walk from the centre of Perpignan (Castillet). The number 5 bus goes close.

Great location in the centre of Perpignan, just behind Le Castillet. Very clean and comfortable. Isabella, the host, was unavailable for my arrival time, but gave me simple instructions on how to access the property. Great facilities. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Would certainly stay again.
Staff on front desk friendly and helpful, and always there round the clock. Breakfast good and plentiful. Room spacious and quiet, bathroom immaculate with good shower. Good location yards from the fabulous Cinema, the Castillet, the River Basse, 5 minutes gentle walk from the old town centre. Shops, restaurants and bars close by. On bus route to the SNCF station if you wish to explore outside the city.
