The staff and service were great. They were very warm, welcoming, and quick. The location is gorgeous, and the view is magnificent. The restaurant is highly recommended as well: for a very reasonable price you get a really special gourmet menu, with high quality wines. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and very supportive. Having small talks with a smile, offering visit sauna to relax after skiing. The location was outstanding and the refuge is an amazing building with exceptional decor. Our room was beautiful with an amazing bath and very comfortable bed. The welcome from Lucas was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was laid out each morning with pastries and coffee was also available in the stunning kitchen. There was wine,pasta,sauces,snacks and other thing available to buy through an honestly box type deal which was very useful. The hot tub outside was a great touch, with breathtaking views of the mountains. All in all this is a truly wonderful place to stay with basically zero faults.

Location is very good for the Le Bettex ski lift; it's less than a 10min walk. You can hire a ski locker at Skiloc at the Bettex ski lift to make the experience even easier. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The shower is good. The apartment is the first apartment as you walk in, so you don't have to use stairs.
Really cosy apartment in a great location. Good sized main bedroom and a second room with bunks. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient for walking into town and also right next to the bus stop which goes to Bettex ski lift. Good communication from the owner and Marilyn, who met us to give us the keys, was very friendly and helpful. It was also really helpful that we were able to leave our bags in the apartment after check out time as we had a late flight. Hope to go back someday.
Very close to Bettex ski lift (was skiable all way down so very convenient). Close to a bar, takeaway and restaurant, St.Gervais town not far away. Warm, main bedroom good size. Nice balcony view of mountain. Ski locker provided.
