It's a little outside of the centre, but the better for it (not least because parking is so expensive), and easy to walk into town (20 mins) or catch and bus/tram from. Lovely owner who gave us loads of great information (there is a sheet with local and central restaurants). Great room with a garden view, very clean and with good furnishings and bathroom. There is a safe, a fridge and a kettle. Would go again without a doubt. They obviously put a lot of love and care into the place.

The location is perfect.
The room was large and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Due to flight times I arrived (very) early but they were happy to let me drop off my luggage before checking in time. They also allowed me to leave it at the hotel for a couple of hours after checking out.

A fantastic location, very central. Room was very comfortable and sufficient for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet also considering it was in the centre of the town. The pillows were also very comfortable. The staff were excellent, so helpful and very friendly. Great parking facilities too.
