All was like advertised. We got the keys from keybox. Appartement was comfortable, clean. In the kitchen we found all needed. Host welcomed us with wine and some fruits and sweets. It was nice. Our favorite place in the appartement was balcony. From there was stunning view to sea. Neighbourhood was quiet. Pool was not crowded. It was ok to swim there as water was quite chill, but not to stay any longer.
Host was helpful and we got all instructions on time. Thak you !

I love the following:
1) Staff comunication: precise and attentive
2) Location: It was a very calm Location, very peaceful and just a 8 minute drive to Morro Jable
3) The apartment: It was wow! Loved how cosy it felt. It was spacious, well lit, well designed. The bathroom was huge! Shower was amazing. The bedroom was a good size too with a very comfy bed. Charging ports in the correct areas. The living room and kitchen also very spacious and comfortable.

The location is excellent. The food is very nice and tasty although sometimes was salty. We were at private lodge and the infinity pool was amazing. The private zone, only for adults, was very quite and peaceful.

Just back from our 1 week stay (with a 8yo kid), would have gladly stayed longer!
Big room with a balcony and a kitchenette, very clean, comfortable beds, AC, amazing staff and animation team, and great food - every day something different but always delicious.
As all Iberostars, great for kids, although better for smaller kids (perfect up to 8, maybe less for bigger kids).
Close to the sea, but not much to do around.

It was natural beach with white sand . And some rocks that didn't stop swimming. Big waves did some days. Way to beach went downhill and back uphill.
No cabina in the beach, but it wasn't problem.

Everything was spot on, I was happy with the service received, staffs were polite and friendly. Good timing to be in the spa. Very clean and at the restaurant the buffet and the spend of staffs cleaning tables was just amazing👌🏿 best place to go for couple…..I will go back there again soon

I would like to ask booking.com to refund me on behalf of the hotel because I trusted them to book a place via their website. I’m so devastated now & feel drained that I wish I didn’t go for a holiday. It seems like I paid lots of money to just make myself more devastated!!

Wonderful beaches, mainly golden sands with short outcrops of rocks. At low tide it is possible to walk from Morro Jable - past Costa Calma & Esquinzo - to Sotavento.
At Sotavento, there are child-friendly safe lagoons at high tides.

Playa Jandia is beautiful - you can see across the ocean to the rest of the island and the extended coast line. Great for walks! Water was a perfect temperature for the warm weather, and the sandy beach is perfect to lie down on.
My 2 downsides were that it is at the very end of the island, a long drive from the airport, and that the hotels surrounding the beach didn't have beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas readily available.
Otherwise a beautiful beach in a beautiful island!
Very good breakfast and plenty of food/drinks during the day. All the food is well prepared. The price for the "All Inclusive" is a plus compared to other hotels or even nearby islands. The solarium and the 2 jacuzzis were a nice surprise, both on higher floors and delivering us a delightful view over the sea. The staff is always present and very helpful to all guests. Cleaning was also a good surprise and we felt always very secure on leaving some items in the room.
Hotel is amazing, even when is big you can’t feel it. Vegetation in hotel are amazing. Food 1st service you can’t complaint- huge offer and every day you have something new. Anybody will find something to eat for sure. Also the evenings fully busy with entertainment for everybody kids and adults. The beach just a 2-3 min walk from your bedroom, Moro Jable nice small town next to it. A lot of attractions nearby. Great choose and we will be bal there for sure !
The hotel had prepared the room very nicely for 3 people, we even had three sunbeds on the balcony. Sometimes bookings for 3 are not so well though. The room was spacious and we had a very nice seaview as well. Beds were good, even the extra bed was comfortable for an adult. Staff was friendly and the hotel area was very nice and quiet. In the breakfast there some options for vegans as well
