The location is fantastic!!! Gorgeous, peaceful, great views with great walks. Even in the pouring rain it felt soecial. The breakfast was also perfect with a good range of food options and even fresh waffles which was a nice surprise! The staff were also happy to refill hot water and coffee and regularly checked that there was enough rolls. We also liked the Kneipp cold water from the lake.

Really beautiful little town.
Really beautiful little town. Lots of interesting shops, great restaurants and very tempting pastries. The town is overlooked by the Alps affording spectacular views but there are also riverside walks and quaint streets to explore plus a Franciscan monastery and a castle. Plus Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles are a short bus ride or taxi ride away.

Wonderful, peaceful little town, perfect for those who love...
Wonderful, peaceful little town, perfect for those who love hiking and nature. There is an awesome reptile zoo nearby too, worth seeing. The people smile and say "hello" to strangers on the street and everyone decorates their houses almost as if it's some contest to make their property cutest. In spring the whole area is drowning in flowers blooming and sounds of birdsong.

It's beautiful, at the foot of the mountains. The downtown area is quaint and offers a wide array of shopping options that range from inexpensive to custom/higher end items. Many eateries and bakeries to choose from, with cuisine from all over the world. The town is not large, but has every feature we wanted. The local parks are amazing if you're traveling with kids! They had scooter paths, basketball, bike tracks, everything! The hiking trailheads can be found within walking distance from town and are lovely. It's only a 4 minute drive to Neuschwanstein Castle and makes getting there easy.

Make sure you receive a "Fussen Card" with your accommodation. Allow a full day to do the castles and make sure you are there for the morning (8 am )tickets so you can beat the bus loads of other tourists. Food from restaurants is expensive and parking for the day is 10 euro. Catch the bus for 3 euro and save your legs.
A very nice, clean, quiet hotel close to Füssen. Our group of 3 had 3 single rooms, and all rooms were clean & spacious. All three of us were very satisfied with this hotel and we will definitively stay here when we go here again. The staff members are very nice, friendly, competent, patient, and are dressed in traditional Bavarian clothes – which are nice to see instead of business suits & ties. The free parking was nice & convenient. A nice breakfast buffet too.
I am travelling alone and have single bed available. It was the best hotel that I have stayed for my trip. Hotel is new and clean, room is warm and comfortable. Requested for mountain view and that is the best. Additionally, do remember to go to their sauna! Most important is the staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Remember to get your Fussen Card from the hotel if you travel by public transport
We have been traveling Europe for 6 weeks, and this hotel is the best one we have encountered. From check-in to the super clean and comfortable double room to the expansive breakfast - WOW! All staff members were considerate and kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. And the location could not be beat!

The hotel is very near the train and bus stations. It is completely sound proof. The room was very clean and of good size. Breakfast was super good, varied and abundant. The hotel owner was extremely helpful, always ready to give useful hints for our stay. The hotel is close to the main attractions too. I would choose this hotel over and over again should I visit Fussen again.
Absolutely loved the view of the mountains and town from our room. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really great every morning. Loved the location as it as close walking distance to all the attractions. AC worked great. Adorable little town. Would stay here again if ever I am so lucky to return to this area in Germany!

This was a great hotel ideally located in Fussen. Easy walking to the heart of the town and to the train station. Many dining options nearby. Outstanding breakfast. Quick access to Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstien. Bonus: we were able to do some laundry there (just one washer and dryer).
We just spent one night in Füssen before heading to Dolomites. Under the hotel is a croatian restaurant which is quite convenient. The staffs are nice and friendly. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the old town where you can find many nice restaurants or backery for breakfast.
A most comfortable room with a beautifully served breakfast. Situated in the centre of Fussen, it was only a 3-4 minute walk to the town centre of thi fascinating town, which again, has so much to offer. We were able to park right outside the hotel main entrance which was a bonus.
Centrally located and less expensive than alternatives, this hotel perfectly suited our needs for our quick 1-night stopover in Fussen. Our room was very large with a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street. The breakfast buffet (extra charge) was quite delicious
From the moment we arrived, Lawrence was quite helpful and willing to answer our questions (in English and German). The room was spacious and beautiful. Location was convenient. One of the few ATMs was located fight outside the hotel. Breakfast was delicious.
