The location was perfect (we were attending a concert at the Philharmonie), there were multiple dining options in the area, and it was a short walk or tram ride to many tourist sites. The staff was exceptional and the room was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing.

The location is excellent. Walkable distance to major attractions like Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, Checkpoint Charlie, Bundestag building etc. Tram, bus, train stations also 5-8 minutes walk. Berlin Central station - one metro stop. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and all very close. The staff are really friendly. The room was not cold.
Great use of space in the apartment with enough living room to spread out - and the washer/dryer for an extended stay. Location near checkpoint Charlie is excellent - and the staff were lovely.
It was the best value for money in the area. We enjoyed looking at the old "Checkpoint Charlie" nearby. A modern building that was probably built in East Berlin after the Berlin wall fell. The metro nearby was very convenient and appreciated.

Spacious room with lots of plug in's except on one side of the bed. The wifi is great. The staff were friendly. Big desk/work area. The parking is convenient. Pretty close to various attractions (Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, Mall of Berlin).
Breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety. It's expensive, though (30 euros). The location of the hotel is great! You can walk to Potsdammerplatz, the wall memorial, Checkpoint Charlie, etc. One elevator has a bench in it! Not really necessary, as its a short trip upstairs, but kind of cool nonetheless. The room was comfortable. Restaurant next door was fantastic.
