The welcome and general information from Lutz was excellent. The hotel is spotless and our room had everything we required. The location is ideal, next to both train and tram stations. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect; great location in nature. Quiet and calm area. The property is very well maintained and clean, they worked on every detail. The breakfast is very good, the staff and host are very nice and helpful. One of the best places we have stayed, for this type of hotel.

This system effectively prevents non-guests from entering, significantly reducing the risk of incidents. Additionally, the internal floor doors can be opened from the inside, allowing guests to go down to the reception while maintaining security by preventing external access. I felt incredibly secure throughout my stay, which is really important when visiting a town or neighborhood for the first time. 🥞 I absolutely loved the breakfast at this hotel! It was fully stocked every morning with a fantastic variety of options. From fresh fruit, pancakes, and an assortment of sweets and pastries to a great selection of bread, there was something for everyone. The drinks were just as impressive, with freshly squeezed juice, ginger shots, and a wide range of fresh tea and machine made coffee. It really set the perfect tone for the day. Highly recommend starting your morning here! 💲 The hotel stay was a bit over our budget due to Euro 2024, but it was completely understandable. The excellent overall quality of the hotel, food, and amenities made it worth every penny. 🍻🧹 I also loved the hotel's innovative idea of skipping room cleaning in exchange for a free drink!

I booked two rooms for three people in each room, neither additional bed was made up and there were not enough towels in either room. There was also no shower gel in the bathroom. I pointed this out to reception and it took two hours for the bedding to arrive, no extra towels came, no shower gel was ever refilled, we spent over €1400 a total disgrace.

Big rooms and a great bathroom. Only downside no air con when it was very hot. But a very large fan was available and cooled the room. Breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent.
