Take time (if the weather is nice) to explore the beautiful parks in Prague, there are stunning views of the city from the Letna or Petrin hills.
Do it very early in the morning or late in the evening. Otherwise, choose sights that many tourists miss. Petrin tower, Vysehrad, Letna beer garden, Stromovka Park, Vystaviste Park, all see relatively few tourists and are fascinating.
