I've stayed at the Hyatt Regency twice before, and I'll stay there again. They do everything right, from the level of service, to the cleanliness and size of the rooms, to the pool and amenity areas. The breakfast is amazing and varied. The location is ideal, close enough to the old town and sites, but far enough away to not feel like you're in a tourist bubble.

the staff during breakfast were outstanding. Friendly, efficient and ready to keep the coffee cup full and the buffet tables stocked with a large variety of proteins, fresh fruit, breads, yoghurts, and juices. Breakfast was a treat. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were too.
