Upon arrival we received an upgrade to a Suite which was very convenient.
One of the best hotel rooms we ever stayed in; noise free, great bed, nice breakfast & tea.
We accidentally switched on the ‘no dusturb’ sign and we only discovered when we arrived at 9PM, but Housekeeping came directly to change the towels and do the necessary works.

Free breakfast was ok,staff all so friendly,they tried their best to converse in English whenever they couldn't,they would ask the nearby tour agent to help.free afternoon tea(not many option but was nice after a hot day),free coffee was nice..room clean and have unlimited water..location nearby many eatery,walking distance near to everything(bell tower,Muslim streets,drum tower)
Very close to MTR stations and Muslim Street which is a tourist area. Walking distance to many tourist spots too.
Only setback is the aircond in one of the rooms is not cold even after feedback. Water pressure at the shower can be improved.
excellent location, and exceptionally helpful staff, especially Winnie at the front desk who went out of her way to help with translating, ordering taxis and trips, and even checking I hadnt got lost at times!
Also many food options are very close, and it is very handy for the Muslim street food area
Location was superb; near drum/bell tower but not on the noisy/touristy end. So many street food right outside the hotel! Within walking distance to Muslim Street and less than 100m from YiZhou (if you're into hanfus dressing up).

Cute design, very convenient location as it’s close to the bell tower, drum tower, Muslim street and not far from city wall. The metro is also very conveniently located outside the hotel for easy access to the pagoda and Xian north maglev station. We also had some fun dressing up and taking photos within the hotel.
Good location, Metro station is near. Shopping centers and restaurants are ver near. Liked chinese style rooms. Staff was very polite and helped out with many things like health code.
Good choice for muslims. Muslim street with different halal food is 10-15 min walk.
