The staff is very polite and ready to help in any situation. They will meet you at the airport and take you back. It is close enough to the airport, only 3-5 minutes by car. They will also help you to call a taxi for a trip to the city, which is useful for foreign travelers. Moderately clean.

This is a very well managed and good value business hotel. The breakfast was outstanding and very healthy with changing dishes every day. Kudos to the chef! I found all the staff to be very caring and helpful, in particular Kevin and Wacky who both went out of their way to provide a fantastic service.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the city walls and Muslim quarter. The hotel was very clean, good rooms with a very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and there’s even afternoon tea in the afternoon which was great to come back to when you need a rest in the middle of the day. There’s also fridges with water where you can help your self which is a great touch. Would highly recommended!!!

Perfect for one night stay and quick transits to and from Airport. Don’t expect extravagant hotels for the short stay and all the essentials like access to restaurants. Air conditioner, hot showers etc all met.
If staying in Xi’an longer choose s place closer to the Old City of Wild Goose Pagoda for convenience. We have stayed in Xi’an s few times and for sightseeing closer to City is better.
