Upon arrival we received an upgrade to a Suite which was very convenient.
One of the best hotel rooms we ever stayed in; noise free, great bed, nice breakfast & tea.
We accidentally switched on the ‘no dusturb’ sign and we only discovered when we arrived at 9PM, but Housekeeping came directly to change the towels and do the necessary works.

Clean and modern hotel in a very convenient location to explore old Xian. You can walk to Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter and the South Gate of Xian City Wall. Staff was friendly and helped us buying tickets to Terracotta Warriors site even though they don't speak much English.
Breakfast was nice. Not incredible but with many options, mostly chinese type of food.
It's a great location, you can see the bell tower from the hostel, and the front desk staff are always smiling, especially Jia, who tells me about the local food.
A tidy stay, location was excellent, right next time the Bell Tower, walking distance to the Muslim Quarter, metro directly next door to the hostel. Hostel was very clean. Service was very helpful in assisting in transportation, buying tickets etc which makes it helpful for a non native speaker. thanks for Ran .Overall a good experience and would stay here again.

It is located in the centre within the old city wall of Xi’an. Walking distance to bell tower and drum tower and also walking distance (10min) to good night market. Amazing location.

Location was superb; near drum/bell tower but not on the noisy/touristy end. So many street food right outside the hotel! Within walking distance to Muslim Street and less than 100m from YiZhou (if you're into hanfus dressing up).

Cute design, very convenient location as it’s close to the bell tower, drum tower, Muslim street and not far from city wall. The metro is also very conveniently located outside the hotel for easy access to the pagoda and Xian north maglev station. We also had some fun dressing up and taking photos within the hotel.
Excellent location right near the Bell Tower (as the name suggests).
The hotel is tucked away from the busy main street in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, and it's only a few steps away from all the action you want: great restaurants, shops, and of course the Muslim Quarter.
Don't sleep on the free laundry service that's included in your stay, which is a fantastic amenity!
The location was brilliant. Close enough to walk to the old City wall, Bell tower, Drum tower and Muslim Quarter. The staff were very helpful, and helped us book Taxi’s when needed. A few of the staff spoke English, this was a great help. The hotel were really helpful in making sure we had rooms next to each other for our family of 4.
