He wrote out locations for me to go in English then Chinese so I could communicate to get transport to where I wanted to go. The hotel staff were very professional, kind, welcoming, and always eager to help answering to any request.
Room was pretty spacious, very clean, well equipped and with a fantastic view over the Lujiazui financial center.
