Breathtaking location; you are surrounded by mountains and alpine lakes. The room was very comfortable. The included breakfast could feed a family xD

The breakfast was fantastic. They had the best croissants of our entire trip. Also great meats, cheeses, fresh bread, yogurt, multiple cut fresh fruit. It was amazing. Staff at the front desk was very helpful. He called a taxi for us and helped connected us with a doctor when my daughter was sick. Very professional. Also loved the location. We had no noise at all from the train but it was so convenient to pop over the catch our train. It was also a great value with the train and mountain trams of the Engadine included. Would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room could not have been better, with a wonderful view of the mountains, We walked from the train station, which was a bit of a trek up a hill. We visited in May and the area was really quiet. The lifts were all closed for the season and so were most of the restaurants and stores. We ending up eating dinner at the hotel, which was quiet good.

Beautiful elegant hotel with an awesome view. Staff were attentive , helpful n friendly.
Served with joy . The spa facilities were good . Rooms were clean and cosy
The location is great. I got some great photos overnight from my hotel room down to the lake.
If you are travelling by train and have luggage, consider getting off at Bernina Diavolezza and getting the bus. I believe this is the recommendation for the winter when the path down to the station can be impassable due to snow, but I would recommend it anyway. I'm already planning to go back in the winter.
The food is good and tasty.
The hotel staff is amazing. Due to snowy conditions, we had to leave our car to lagalp station and the staff arranged a shuttle service to pick us up late in the evening. We are extremely thankful for this. The hotel room was nice and warm. Really stunning views with tons of snow at high altitude (2309m)
i did not know but in winter many days the road from train station to the hotel is closed due to snow. The Ospizio's manager was so kind, picked up me in another station and transported us to the hotel.
Very beautiful place. Good breakfast
i will repeat
Amazing views, really comfortable beds, and a very good breakfast for a berghotel. Excellent location for various hiking plans. A nice souvenir / accessory shop. Cable car ticket (provided at least in 6/22) was a great additional value.
The hotel staff was welcoming and efficient.
The place is in the Bernina pass, surrounded by snow, streams, amazing views and sites for hiking.
The breakfast is satisfying and plentiful.
Free parking...
Excellent location high in the alps. Glorious views. Busy hotel with lots of day trippers coming on motorbikes, cycles, cars and the Bernina Express railway.
