This stunningly beautiful old hotel has a modern annex, which is where our room was. Generally we prefer rooms in older part but the modern annex blew us away. The room was outstanding, possibly the best of our three week trip. It was perfectly laid out with the large closet, bathroom, bar area closest to the door and spacious bed/seating area towards the balcony, which meant room was exceptionally quiet. Very well appointed and immaculate with a very comfortable bed and seating area as well as balcony with a lovely view of the lake. We enjoyed spa, which is large with sauna, steam room, cold plunge and indoor/outdoor pool and quite busy. Breakfast was the best breakfast of our trip -- the best coffee, croissants, fruit selection, eggs, and faultless service overlooking garden. We were only here one night on our way from central Switzerland to Geneva for a flight and wish our stay had been longer.

It is a lovely hotel in a great location, easy to find with convenient parking just outside the front door. My room was comfortable, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. I'd like to especially compliment the reception staff who were all professional and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.
