Honestly it was one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of options, waiter service and staff at the breakfast were nothing short of the best, specially Youssef he was simply amazing. Ideal and central location. 2 mins walk from the metro station. Their rooftop got the most beautiful view of Lake Geneva and the staff there were super friendly. A reservation is required where you get to enjoy drinks and food with an amazing view. Rooms were specious, got a balcony with either park or lake view. Comfortable beds and the bathroom is a huge plus. I definitely recommend this hotel when coming to Lausanne. Can’t wait for future stays.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious with great features like heated bathroom, robe/slippers, blackout blinds, rain shower, turn down service, bluetooth bathroom speakers, and access to the spa. The staff was kind and helpful.

The location is very good for someone like me who has mobility problems. The hotel is just down from the train station and has a metro stop on the same street. And you get a free transport pass so used the small metro system a lot as Lausanne is very hilly. No need for breakfast in the hotel as there is a nice bakery/cafe and a wine bar/cafe by the metro station.

Room was huge - a Jr Suite - with its own balcony and lake view, as well as two other windows that opened to lovely fresh air - the air in Lausanne is so clean!! We loved the location, only two blocks (short ones) to train station, where terrific continental breakfast can be had and food for day excursions purchased at coop market. Did I say it was very quiet? The staff were terrific! The woman behind the desk speaks five languages, and gave us great advice (as well as fresh fruit or chocolat on arrival!)

nice location near Boulevard de Grancy which has many restaurants and shops and it was in a quiet residential neighborhood. Adequately supplied for a short stay.
