We enjoyed our one-night stay at this charming hotel. Great staff at all stages: excellent pre-arrival communication, smooth late-night check-in, cordial shuttle driver from Euro airport. Cozy bed in quiet room with all the modern amenities. Delicious breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to Saint Louis SNCF the next day.

Overall, i am very satisfied with the stay! I stayed a one bedroom apartment for four days to attend a confrence at the messe congress. The apartment is recently renovated and spoltless clean. I loved home design and interior of the rooms. You can reach to both Basel SBB HB and the messe with tram line 2. There are a supermaket and a tram stop within approx. 100 meters in front of the apartment.
The idea of a capsule is excellent! For someone who suffers from sleeping problems and with limited budget like me, it is a perfect option between hostel and hotel.

Easy access from the Basel SBB just a 100-meter walk. Nice view from the rooftop garden as it was a rooftop apartment. It consisted of 3 bedrooms with only 1 toilet and 1 bathroom thought. If you are traveling with a group of more than 4 people, taking a bath will have a queue for that. Rooftop garden was quite nice with a barbeque grill but we were not in a mood of doing BBQ or anything at a temperature of 8 degree Celsius outside the apartment. The heater worked well.
Absolutely beautiful hotel just across the street from Basel SBB. Staff were all fantastic. Breakfast was great, with dining room staff being very attentive.
Location was good, around 5-6 train stop from Basel SBB (bahnhof). Hotel was clean and well maintained. We got a free room upgrade and able for early check-in. We also got Basel city train tickets during our stay . The room was spacious with a good city view. Our room was at the top level (11th).
Stayed here for nearly a week. Close to Basel SBB and other tram stations, easy to get around. 15 minutes walk to old town. Nice apartment room with comfortable bed. Kitchen very helpful for people like me staying for a week or so. There’s a Co-op near Basel SBB you can get food and do some simple cooking.
Excellent value hotel, a 2 minute walk from Basel SBB train station. We were actually upgraded to the Hotel Metropole, which is in the same building. Staff was excellent: professional, courteous, and very helpful and informative. We would stay there again.
The hotel is located right opposite Basel SBB, and only 10 min walk from the old town. It looks freshly refurbished, nicely decorated. The room I had was in the annex facing the inner courtyard: clean, comfortable, with a good bed. I wish I had noticed that the control panel for the heating also activated the external blackout roller: when I tried at checkout it seemed to do a good job. Staff was friendly and nice, ready to help. Overall great overnight stop.
location is perfect as I can get the Basel SBB just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Super clean and existence of Nespresso coffee machine was more than amazing for me. Moreover the staff was helpful and friendly.
