Everything. Lovely room with excellentdecor. Bathroom was great - i would be happy to have this large ensuite in my home. We arrived early and found a room for us. Great pool and gym room.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room service was exceptional with fresh towels and toiletries each night with the room cleaned an and beds made up daily as well. There was a light continental breakfast included by the hotel management at no charge (not required by Wyndham. The room rates were very good as well and much better than any other hotels in the area by a wide margin. Location is close to Nanaimo center and near the business route. The room came complete with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, hair dryer and ironing board with iron. TV with cable and Wi-Fi internet also included. Plenty of free parking was available around the exterior of the building.

Terrible they do charge for parking but the parking is 3...
Terrible they do charge for parking but the parking is 3 blocks away in a sketchy part of town and I am pretty sure that was not mentioned on the web site, we arrived early we went for a huge walk and food came back at 5:35 room was still not ready...we had been traveling since 7am not amused in the slightest ! This was supposed to be a nice birthday stay, we didn’t stay, we went somewhere where we were welcomed!
