We stayed on a room only basis but could not fault our overall experience. The staff in the bar/restaurant and at front of house could not have been more friendly and helpful. We loved the location too !
Featuring a rooftop pool with fire pits and a hot tub, this Vancouver luxury hotel offers a full-service spa and a 4,000 square foot gym. An on-site lounge is provided.

A great find in an ideal location. This hotel oozes luxury. All staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. We were bowled over by the experience and can definitely recommend it.
The hotel was in a perfect location for us. A short walk to shops, Stanley Park, English Bay, Gastown and seaplane terminal.
Room was spacious and well maintained.
Staff friendly and professional. Provided us with a list of good local restaurants.
Amazing apartment in a great location, central to Stanley Park, Granville Island and the shopping area of Robson Street. Staff were very obliging.
All apartment facilities were perfect……. Large living area, nice clean bathroom and comfy bed.
We spent a week in the apartment, balancing remote work with free time to explore the city. The apartment is very well located; we could easily walk to all the main attractions (Stanley Park, West End, Downtown, Gastown, Canada Place, and even Granville Island via the False Creek Ferry) in about 15 to 20 minutes. There are stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby.
The place is newly renovated, clean, and the host is very polite, helpful, and quick to respond to communications.
Definitely a great place to stay in Vancouver.
The location of this hotel is fantastic, a short walk to English Bay and Stanley park, with loads of cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep.
The rooms are large and the beds and pillows really comfortable, we found it really quiet at night, (Second floor) . Some parts are quite old fashioned but it looks like it’s recently been taken over and they are smartening up bits.
For value for money and the location you can’t go wrong compared to a lot of other hotels in Vancouver, would definitely stay again!
This accommodation is an apartment in the Shangri-la Hotel.
We liked the fact that Urban Fare (food mart) was right downstairs with a very friendly baker. It was easy to grab some food if needed. It is an easy walk downtown to Canada Place and along the Seawall.to Stanley Park.
The apartment has good WiFii.
Subway is close by, and they allowed us to use their wifi, which was great for ordering Uber.
Bath was lovely.. Bed comfy, pillows great.
Excellent self catering apartment that was well equipped, clean & spacious with all the services of a hotel.
Walking distance to Stanley Park & also loads of places to eat near by.
The location was exceptional. A fantastic location in Vancouver. Walking distance to Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown, Canada Place and many other surrounding areas. Very close to IGA Shopping Center, Pharmacy, Shopping and Food. Location is perfect. The Hotel was remarkable. Absolutely beautiful. Rooms were generous size. Pool area beautiful. Laundry facilities. Hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly.

What guests said about Stanley Park:
You get the best of both worlds - you get to walk around the city and see all the shopping areas, the old town areas like Gas Town, but you also have the incredible natural space that is Stanley Park and the marina
Vancouver actually IS NOT a classic city-trip experience which is what makes it so fantastic! You get the best of both worlds - you get to walk around the city and see all the shopping areas, the old town areas like Gas Town, but you also have the incredible natural space that is Stanley Park and the marina! Plus you have all the incredible mountains and outdoor pursuits type of areas on Vancouver's doorstep which makes a visit to Vancouver so refreshing - especially if you live or work in a city and want to experience some nature whilst you are away.

Stanley Park offers much to do and there are many museums available as well as sports
Our hotel was near shopping but was in the heart of restaurants in numbers, I have never seen - most of them independently owned. Stanley Park offers much to do and there are many museums available as well as sports. Going to Granville Island was a lot of fun for unusual shopping. We enjoyed taking a free bus ride to Capilano suspension bridge which was a highlight of our trip. Three days was not enough time to do what we wanted.
