Marianne at reception was so helpful, she basically helped us arrange everything for our stay at check-in. Booked seaplane experience for us and bought hop-on bus tickets before we were even checked in. Also room was available earlier, so great experience.

Location is great if you are attending an event at BC Place stadium or Rogers arena. Short distance walk to the skytrain to take you to downtown but not a long walk to get there as well. Great views of False creek. The bed was super comfy. Full kitchen is great with a T&T market a short walk away for groceries. Nice big screen TV's.
Very good location, attentive staff, and very close to everything. We were attending a country festival for the weekend, and it was a short walk to BC place stadium, we didn't have to drive the entire stay, which made everything so much easier. I also liked how secure the building is. However, underground parking was quite pricey but better than paying for street parking, I guess.
The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the location is excellent, only a 5 min walk to BC Place Stadium, where I attended the Vancouver Sevens rugby tournament. The room was more than I needed, but I love the location and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
