I enjoyed the food and the pizza and the magnificent view. The sky chair through the city and to the beach was very creative and enjoyable. Good resort to stay with children. Had a game room that kept the kids occupied. Everyone speaks English.

The location and the room we stayed in were beautiful. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to deliver an incredible birthday surprise for me. The inclusive breakfasts couldn’t have been better and the meals we ate at the Fasano Restaurant were also top notch.

I adore the location of this pousada. right over the sea with a deck! I saw the sunrise already in the water and a sea turtle visited us. The sea is clean and calm as a swimming pool! Angra is a good place to stay for 1-3 days before going to Ilha Grande. If you stay in an apartment in Piratas Mall, as we did, you are 5 blocks away from the Bus station, where you can take a bus to Paraty. And also 25 minutes away from the Port, Santa Lucia, where you can buy excursions to the islands, which are beautiful. I did not go to the beach in Angra, just took a boat excursion (excellent) and went to Paraty.

Paradise started here! I guess there is no other description to the place. Where can I start it? Its millions of islands and beaches with foaming greenish water? The forest that ends up right at the beach? Or all the fauna you can find just swimming in ANY beach (like turtles, fish, crabs, corals, you name it!) This place is just wonderful!

Angra is beautiful and i have coming here for family visits for 10 years, but crime has hit Angra bad and i am scared to return. Many special forces, BOP, and police lined the streets. With the pacification of Rio for Olymipics and world cup, angra got the worst of the people.

Angra dos Reis is a little different from a lot of places in Brazil. The locals talk to, and are very friendly towards tourists. Every restaurant/shop we visited were extremely helpful...and patient with non-Portuguese speaking visitors. Scenery is fantastic and food is excellent.
I like everything! Tranquility , serenity, very beautiful nature, very clean and calm sea, beautiful beach! Great sea view from the balcony, have taken wonderful photos! This place is just amazing! I liked this hotel so much that i even booked it for the second time! Lived in room 1 and room 5, both very good, room 5 consists of 2 stories (first and second flour). Stuff was extremely helpful carrying my heavy suitcase! Thank you very much! Staying in your hotel was unforgettable !
I was a little confused by the pictures on booking.com as they were the same as the hotel mercure. so to clarify the accommodation is an apartment on the sand complex as the mercure hotel. the apartment is fabulous!! 4th floor with a balcony that overlooks the infinity pool, the sea and the mountains. comfortable bed, lovely kitchen with cooker and microwave, great air con, dining room table and chairs and Netflix!! well located a few minutes walk to supermarket, restaurants
Nice located. Nice view onto the ocean. Due to the possibility to share pool area of the nearby hotel it is possible to enjoy an amazing view from the infinity pool. This was also the place where we enjoyed the New Year’s Eve. Another nice thing about the property itself is that from both rooms (bed room and living) you can enter the balcony. This was super beneficial as we were sharing the apartment and there we didn’t need to bother each other to enter the balcony.
The staff is very helpful and always positive, I genuinely loved everyone I met working there! A big plus for families with kids!

The fridge is gigantic for a hotel, and the room kitchen gives it a look of a boat, for those used to sail.

The pool is amazing and faces the bay, the outdoors are just as shown in pictures. The location is OK, next to a shopping mall with a supermarket in it. It is not in the town centre, yet only a 20 min walk or 5/7 min Uber from the pier. Staff really helpful and friendly at all times. Perfect drinks by the pool. Available boat tours from the hotel.
Great place. Family treatment. Just a 1 example for many similar moments: When we asked in reception where to go for a good fish dinner,kind lady (owner) just took her own car and brought us to local top restaurant (and after 2 hours came back to restaurant again and brought us back to the hotel,chalet). Really exceptional “atencion” and care.
We stayed in a room with a balcony next to a tree, a small kitchen, and a seating area with a comfortable sofa. The internet connection was fast. It was easy to get an Uber to go to the pier from which we got a boat to Ilha Grande. The hotel's location is quiet, a little bit off the hustle and bustle of downtown Angra. Good parking space.
This small hotel is located in a safe area, surrounded by nice and beautiful houses. The area is guarded. It has its own private beach a few steps away from the hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is a little bit small but it has a balcony. The buffet breakfast is good and diversified. The hotel also has a decent pool.

even one day was raining we use the pool , the kayak and a trail on the beautiful rain forest in the hotel propriety .
we also use the speedboat to make a tour in 4 different island . all the staff were very solicitous and friendly.

The staff was generally very friendly, the pool was nice and the hotel had direct connection to the canal that leads to the ocean, so it was convenient for trips to the island. It had a gym, which I didn't expect. Breakfast was very good, specially their pao de queijo and tapiocas.
Very nice room with incredible view of the ocean. The Pousada organised for us to be picked up by water Taxi from the hotel's own pier, which was very useful! The breakfast was also very good and was also served with stunning ocean views.
The stay at this hotel was incredible. Magic view, cozy room and delicious breakfasts! An evening jacuzzi with a delicious cocktail will be remembered for a long time. Luana welcomes guests like family. We will miss you💙

The Fasano is a beautiful hotel, located at a magnificent spot at the Brazilian green coast. it can measure itself with some of the best hotels in the world. Front office, concierge and spa staff are amazing.
The property is incredibly beautiful. Food is amazing, bed is super comfortable. It really feels like a hidden gem and a sanctuary. The staff offer a truly 5 star hotel service.
