We stayed at Park Hotel Ela for 3 nights. The hotel room was very large and nice decorated with a lot of wood.
Great food for breakfast and dinner (included in the price). Also, great beer - but not included.
The most, we enjoyed the SPA, with hot sauna (wet and dry) and the pool. In front of the pool they have a resting space where you can sit on the grass, it was wonderful!
Hotel is very clean, and the towels were changed every day. You have also toiletries to use if needed.
Hotel is one minute away from the chair lift. You can take the chairlift to hike the Musala Peak (I recommend).

Very friendly staff! We were with 1-year old kid and they helped us with everything we needed even if we did not ask!
It looks like everyone knows how to do his job in the best way! They had smiles on their faces even when there was a lot of work!

Lovely clean apartment, contact with the host was prompt and friendly, coffee machine was great (pods available at the shop opposite the appartment block), cable TV for the daughter, balcony for smokers, spacious shower room, really pleased with our stay
