I had a room on the third floor, very large, with a round bed and a sofa. The room also had a balcony overlooking the city. The conditions were good for a three-star hotel. The breakfast was good, but not spectacular. The pool is small but pretty. There is also a very nice outdoor garden. The staff was very kind. There is also an underground parking for 4 cars.

The place is in the middle of the forest, but you can get to the centre of the town for 15 min walking. It is amazing!! The pool is very well maintained and you can use the forest for natural shade. I think that there not many places like this in Europe for this price.

The location is amazing, very close to Tsarevets Fortress. There are also many nice restaurants nearby.
A great bonus is the terrace on the top floor with a perfect view. However, it's a pity that the reception lady didn't tell us about the Sound and Light show. We accidentally went up to the terrace during the show once and managed to see literally a minute of it.

The place is nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly. The value is very good and it is clean and in walking distance to the center and next to a park.
The included breakfast is good, but for a longer stay it can be a little repetitive. They have all the necessary room appliances and accessories and the rooms (and bathrooms) are well sized, but depends as well which room you get assigned to (some are larger than others).
