Everything was perfect: very friendly and helpful host, everything was extremely clean, the location was in the heart of the old town, beautiful, clean and peaceful (we were surprised that it was not loud).
The parking was a public one, but the host made sure we had a parking spot right under the room balcony. Even when we left with our car to visit Veliko Turnovo's surroundings, we had our parking spot saved until our return.
The bathroom was external, right in front of our room, but it was our private bathroom.
We had a joint balcony with the room next door, but the room was not booked, not sure if that was intentional, to make sure we had privacy.
The kitchen was on the ground floor and had everything we needed - coffe pot, fridge, ustentils and many more.
Overall, everything was perfect, not even a single inconvenience. We will definately come back to Guest House LAZARA next time we visit Veliko.

The property has been renovated to a high standard and is very tastefully done. It is very private and quiet with great views. Very spacious .. exactly what we were hoping for. Great showers with really good water pressure. Very clean .. lovely crisp bed linen .. all good quality.

We lived on the storey with three guest rooms, a terrace and a big common room with a dining table and a kitchen. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff.
The guest rooms have their own bathrooms each. In the common room, there is a sink, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee machine, lots of tableware, and even a waffle iron.
Our guest room had a bed for two, an exit to the terrace, a shelf for clothes, two nightstands with lamps and sockets, and a TV with SmartTV option (we even watched youtube on it in the evening). We also received four towels for us two. Our bathroom was very clean, with new packed soap and toilet paper.
The terrace is very big and has a view of the green hills of Veliko Tarnovo. It is furnished with tables and chairs, banks, and even a big stone grill.
This is the first time I have not had any quibbles about the accommodation. Outstanding experience, thank you!

The hotel is extremely stylish and modernly furnished. A small boutique hotel with a great location. Quiet street to all attractions. Private parking and a unique terrace with a view of Tsarevets hill. The rooms are luxurious, clean, cozy and very comfortable. The staff made sure our stay was flawless. Kind and always smiling. I really liked the breakfast, it was varied and tasty. We recommend this place because it is worth it.
Just renovated shiningly clean house in a great location in old town close to everything and away from the traffic noise. The hosting family is great: so caring, helpful and friendly. The bed is comfortable and even though it was 35 degrees outside, inside there was a perfect tempeature for sleeping. Pleasant sometimes to sit on a balcony. Kitchen with good utensils and all the necessary equipment and in the laundry room new washing and drying machine.

Great host as well — very friendly, responsive and attentive. Check in was a breeze — we received prompt, detailed instructions and the host made sure we had everything we needed. Great hostel, lots of shared spaces, both indoor & outdoor. Lovely staff, even though the reception is only open for a few brief hours they are very responsive on whatsapp if you have questions or need help/advice.
It is a little far from town, but it is in a beautiful quiet spot, and close to the fortress as well as being connected to lots of bus lines, and Taxi's are cheap!
