I LOVE the fact that even if we had 1 double bed, we had 2 blankets, 1 for each of us, so we didn't have to fight over stealing the blanket off eachother. The food was good, the room was cleaned every day, the mattress was very comfortable and the pools were perfect for cooling off.
Also a special shoutout for ALEKS from the pool bar for making our stay better and more entertaining!

We enjoyed a lot. 1. The manager is so so respectful. He is very nice, he explains everything, he helps you with all you need. The food is very good, its changing every day. You have plenty of varieties, salads, meat, everything. Regarding the room - the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room is good, nice, our room was 305, we had lovely view, the sun in the morning. Amazing view, the pool has warm water. We felt very good. The lady with cleaning is very nice, she is cleaning every single day the room, and changing the sheets, towels, bin, etc. Loved this. Food is good once again. Totally recommend this hotel. Also, cleaning at outside (pool, toilets etc), its ok, was always cleaned. Keep in mind that the ones who make dirty are the guests, toilet paper down on the floor, dirty down, people make dirty and the stuff should stay every minut after them to clean. We need to keep clean after us, like at home. Also, there is free parking, no need to pay. Oh, I forgot, there is also billiard/pool, tenis and other games for free.

We were glad our hotel was at the end of the boulevard from Golden Sands, so it was nice and calm, no noise from partying people and loud bars or cafe's Glad I didn't book a hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle because that would have cost us a lot of sleep.... We didn't go out for a drink of dinner because our hotel provided us with this. We just walked and looked around what was for sale in the many stalls with clothes and bags and touristic stuff you can buy abroad.

Pretty standard East European seaside resort. Beach filled with cigarette butts, with dirty umbrellas and beach furniture. A lot of shops eith overpriced items, and restauranta with mostly overpriced foods. Some kids attractions that might be interesting for them for a few days.

Really enjoyed the park hotel Odessos. Food was delicious and a variety each day. The only fault was the kids play ground. Only had two things in it. . Could benefit from a swing and or additional piece of play equipment.

If you expect a quality experience, either look for a 5 stars hotel or go further south. Golden Sands is overcrowded. It fits low-budget travelers and people who don't care about quality services. There is only a handful of high-end hotels and these are very expensive.
The hotel is right in front of the beach, the rooms are very big, bathroom ok, the parking situation got solved fast and they are organized with that even if by payment, reception staff speaks english, Bar personel especially Seven was really sociable and always smiling, the terace with shadow was a nice place to stay in the afternoon. Best part of this hotel is the position and the view to the sea or the hills which are also nice. Restaurant big enough to always find a table

Pros: the rooms were big and the twin beds were comfortable enough. We attended the dinner and Breakfest as part of the all inclusive package and we were very happily surprised with the good food served! There were plenty of options - from salads, sandwiches, meats and cheeses, traditional Bulgarian food, desserts, drinks, etc etc. The bar was open until midnight, which was good. The pool wasn’t too cold and a large size.
The hotel is very nice, renovated recently. The bed was very comfortable, on a relatively short distance to the beach (approximately 10 minutes to Golden Sands Beach) and a big pool. We also got a room upgrade, with a balcony and a sea view. It's very clean and modern.

I visited just for one night, but I was happy with the room. I have booked a park view, but they gave me a nice sea-view room and I really enjoyed the morning at the balcony. The breakfast was good and in general the hotel seems clean and the service was nice.
Everything. The room is spacious, modern decor with amazing view of the sea and at the same time it’s quiet, secluded and with green vegetation around. It doesn’t feel like you’re in Bulgaria, and rather feeling like you’re in Bali somehow.

The food in your main restaurant was not good at all, and I recommend you to hire a good cook, but the rest of the services and the atmosphere of the hotel were excellent.
