Hotel and breakfast very fine. We are bikers and got caught by flooding roads on our way to ruhpolfing so we contacted the hotel asking kindly if possible to postpone our stay of one day as we did pay already over 600 euros already. But the girl on the phone she wasn't helpful at all and she said hotel day after was fully booked and plugged me off. We did check if this was correct but the rooms were still available and even 209 euro cheaper, so I called back and after an hour she picked up and after shouting at her for the bad attitude she said to send an email with the request that she would have answered asap. This never happened. So I had to contact the help desk of booking asking for the help and after few hours booking confirmed us the change . Immagine to be in flooding situation and all soaked ten people asking just for a help and get an unprofessional arrogant girl...never ever again to this place.
