One of the best family run restaurants around and the attention to detail in and around the hotel was very nice. A lot of trouble has been taken by the family to make one feel at home in every way possible. There is ample parking, rooms are nice and comfortable as well. We even extended our stay by a day given the location, the comfort and the quality of the hotel.
It's the family that owns it, runs it and even works there at times .... is the difference.

Really Small luxury Hotel - in the heart of the city, on an ancient street in an ancient authentic building, but at the same time with an amazing designer renovation, comfortable beds and generous space - this hotel is our love. The staff is fantastically helpful and friendly. Ulrika is simply charming. The hotel has one of the best Austrian cuisine restaurants in the city. The guys from the restaurant are just top-notch professionals. We really felt like we were being taken care of.

great welcome, fantastic location, good cleanliness, lovely breakfast, my son arrived early in the morning and was able to access his room immediately rather than having to wait until the advertised booking-in time.
A beautiful, nice decorated room with spacious bathroom and luxurious bath products. The coffee machine and the capsules were a nice touch. The double bed was very big and comfortable. The fusion restaurant in the ground floor of the building is very good but it serves food only until 9 or 10 o’clock, depending on the day. Opposite the villa is the Salzburg zoo.
It was a perfect stay. If you're looking for a rustic experience, this is the place. Very cute, cozy hotel and I enjoyed the room's furniture quite much. Rooms were comfortable and renovated yet very cute and old-style. The hotel is located in extremely quiet place, surrounded by nature and horse farms. You can have long walks, also Salzburg zoo is very near. Breakfast is very delicious.

clever details in the room, lot of storage, comfy and well being all around. this villa has a lot of character, the view of the Unterberg is fabulous, get the room turned to the garden and reserve your dinner seat in the fusion asian restaurant downstairs. the bus stop to the city center is nearby and the trip takes ~15min, salzburg zoo is 5 min walk away and Hellbrun park with funny fountains 10 min on foot.
