Hotel reception did its best to provide me with a great experience when I arrived. The room was big, cozy, clean and with a nice view. They cleaned the room every day. There were a nice number of TV channels to watch from. The Internet was fast. Breakfast was standard but well prepared. Always had enough food for everybody. The room was never cold.

The staff in the hotel were incredible. The owners were very friendly and made this 5 star hotel feel like a home. Professional yet very personalise service. It was the end of the skiing season but they treated us so well. Would come back here again.

Booking in was very easy , charging station for EV cars also undercover parking available. Room was fantastic with view of snow capped mountains. Breakfast was plentiful, dinner was excellent. Short walk down the hill to the main town. Staff were very friendly and spoke English to us.

Diana was at the property with the keys when we arrived. So Key collection was no problem. Supermarket, Bakery and Ski-Bus stops are close by. Gaislachkogelbahn gondola is within walking distance, but we only walked there once in our 2 weeks stay as the ski bus services was frequent.
Very nice new modern and spacious apartment, everything seems brand new as it is only 2 or 3 years old. Very clean and comfortable. Only the pillows are typical Austrian soft, but we brought our own pillows. Just 5 min walk from the ski bus / Gaislachkogelbahn. The après ski area is all near Gigijochbahn, so we had to take the bus for just 5-10 min. You can also walk, only 15 min walking distance and all flat. Everyday it went very smooth.

The location was great and we used the ski lockers at the Gaislachkogelbahn, but you could carry your skis if you felt like saving money. The place isn't super fancy, but it has some charm! There is room for basic improvements with the rooms.
Our check-in person was super nice and helpful, she really was accommodating and willing to help. The sauna area was perfectly fine and a great place to go after skiing.

Room 101 : Comfortable room with sofa & balcony overlooking car park with mountain view. Nice bathroom & great shower with good water pressure.
Enjoyed a couple of evening meals & bar staff (in particular “Marcus”) were friendly & competent, bar served the local Solsch - excellent if not a little pricey 👍
Location was great close to the Gaislachkogelbahn lift and across the road from the ski bus stop. It was quiet as well as not right in the middle of town but only 5 mins walk to get there. A really well presented apartment with a ski boot room to store all of our equipment. Would definitely stay again.
