The staff, every single member, is simply amazing. They did everything in their power to privide is with two interconnecting Roma for US and out kids, although we showe up 2 hours before the check-in time. There is free drinking water available at and time. The shuttle bus to the airport is very convenient and right on time. The vicinity of underground makes this hotel a perfect base for a short exploration of Dubai.
