Very friendly staff and great and fast service! Spacious house with great seating areas. We ordered grocery before we came and the fridge was full when we arrived late in th evening after 8 hour flight! Thankx!

Shopping is just 2.5 km away at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, and Walt Disney World is 6 km away. Great apartment! Big, clean and comfortable. Nice view from the room. Lots of plants and fun things to do, such as several pools, chess (garden) and mini golf. The staff were nice, and it was a "Disney World"-service front desk also in the reception area.

Private bedrooms, spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen are provided in every villa. A washer/dryer and 2 full bathrooms are also offered. Multiple TVs, free Wi-Fi and CD/DVD players are also included. Very clean and close to everywhere.

The Royal Palms has a modern gym featuring cardiovascular equipment and free weights. For relaxation, the resort has an outdoor swimming pool and a children’s pool. A barbecue and picnic area is also available on the resort's grounds. Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.
