Everything was amazing from the moment I reached reception to when I took the taxi back home - they have by far the best hospitality I’ve seen in my life.
I had a big error with my booking (100% accidentally my fault) and they went out of their way and above and beyond to fix my problem and also offer an upgraded room - all while trying to reassure me and calm down my panicked state.
I had a wonderfully amazing stay, every single person there was hospitable, helpful, friendly and caring. I had a very personal experience and never worried about anything - everything I wanted they were more than happy to provide and offer even more. Guest services also helped me plan a trip to see more of Bodrum, but otherwise I didn’t even want to leave the resort.
Their beach is pristine and the water there is as clear as glass. The food and drinks were extremely tasty and available 24/7 to enjoy anytime outside the room. Everything was much better than I had read or seen in advance.
I went on this trip to disconnect, relax, and have a peaceful yet fun time - I got exactly that and felt wonderfully spoiled on top. I thank them again for this never to be forgotten experience.

It has comfortable and clean rooms. The pool bar was closed, they said it would open with an all-inclusive concept, which was a bit sad because it was a bit tiring to go down to the beach all the time (since I was sick with my legs). the food was delicious. The spa center was of very high quality. You can get most types of massage. I especially loved the Turkish Bath. In general, I recommend it.
The hotel, the pool and the beach was lovely, great for Sunbathing, swimming and relaxing because it is quite big. The entertainment team were amazing! Truly made everyone happy.
Here in late April. Lovely surprise to find such a wonderful quality accommodation so close to the waterfront and all the bars and restaurants. Room was well appointed and had a lovely balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the breakfast - simple but lots of variety including cooked options. Excellent value for money. Very clean and the pool area was very pleasant to relax by - plenty of loungers.
After a busy week, I took a 1-day break at Museum Resort Spa and really recharged! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the bed was so comfortable that I couldn't sleep until the morning. The pools were great too, I swam and sunbathed for hours. I also had a massage at the spa and was relieved of stress. There were delicious flavors for breakfast, there was plenty of variety and everything was very fresh. If I come to Bodrum again, I would definitely choose this hotel.
The facility is 15 minutes away from Bodrum center by car. You can get around very easily. The environment of the facility is very calm and relaxing. Breakfast was nice. They praised the spa center very much, but I did not have the opportunity to try it. I definitely want to experience it on my next visit.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location is quiet, but close to the beach,restaurants and shops. The room was beautiful, spacious, well equipped with super comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very good breakfast. I highly recommend this place!
We were met at the gate and led to our room. The hotel is small, peaceful & in a convenient location. Our room consisted of a good sized bedroom, bathroom & a lounge. The stunning view from our balcony was over the pool to the sea. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was a feast, served from 8am to 11am. The garden had sun loungers & large cushions in the sun or the shade to relax. You could walk to the town centre but its far easier, & cheap, to get a taxi. I would totally recommend this hotel, it was lovely.
The room was gigantic and the spa bath that we had included was like heaven, I had used it twice. Defo a romantic room and stay and literally off the coast of where all the restaurants are.
We loved staying here! The pool and gardens are beautiful (and heated outdoor jacuzzi amongst trees); the staff are so friendly and helpful (in particular Denis and Sue); nice spacious rooms with really comfy beds; and a delicious breakfast. The staff had thought of everything you could want and the complimentary afternoon tea was delicious. We also really enjoyed a drink on the roof terrace each night and had an excellent massage there (extra charge). I personally also likes the feline neighbours roaming around the pool and gardens
