Guests enjoy hotel’s facilities such as spa, sauna and business centre. Currency exchange, car rental and laundry services are available. There is a tour desk and a ticket counter to help guests with sightseeing arrangements. If you haven’t experienced a true Asian Luxury before, you will be amazed. Hotel itself has a great style and amenities, our room was very spacious, well organized, with a great view, and a comfortable bed. Bathroom features a huge bathtub and a shower with very good water pressure - you will enjoy it. Food was tasty and varied and taking boats across the river and to other parts of Bangkok is fun. But what really stands out is the most incredible service. Staff is always smiling, polite but also can be fun and not too „stiff”, while helping with anything you might need. It’s just an incredible experience. Personally I’ve seen many luxurious European and USA hotels but they can’t really compare to The Peninsula Bangkok. We have loved our stay here and will 100% return, hopefully many times :)

This beautifully decorated, boutique-like hotel is an oasis in the middle of the city jungle. When we arrived, hot and exhausted, a welcome drink (delicious ice tea), the lobby's smooth jazz music and a super kind receptionist immediately boosted our mood. And things got only better from there! So many details that made our stay not only comfortable, but also memorable: great "à la carte" breakfast, including a take-away option if you leave early, the evening bike tour (made our day and we would definitely recommended it!), small souvenirs and short hand-written messages left in our room every day, and many more. You can arrange everything at the reception quickly and with discounts: fixed taxi fares, massages, even a swimming pool day pass in another hotel (minutes away) for pennies. Also, we really appreciated the honesty of the hotel when they proactively informed us about a nearby construction (which didn't bother us at all in any case), and we liked that they actually executed their environment-friendly approach properly (not changing our towels and sheets every day if we didn't want to). The owner is a great guy, speaks perfect English (like all the staff) and you can tell he's put his heart into this place. It's definitely been one of our trip's highlights and we would recommend it to everyone, especially if you appreciate accommodation gems with character and are not a fan of 'mass tourism'.
