Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Free parking spaces are provided on site, and free WiFi is available in the Tuscan-style rooms. Wonderful sitting in the vineyards, spa and great restaurant at the property. Lovely breaksfast with local dishes.

A private wellness centre is open only to guests and available on advanced reservation. A Turkish bath, a hot tub for 2 and a candlelit relax area are available here.

The indoor lounge features a library with guides books. Staff can reserve tickets for museums and restaurants. We enjoyed the accommodation, everything neatly taken care of. Breakfast was okay. 2 croissants and a cake in a paper bag, but the croissants were nice and fresh. You could then enjoy this in the cozy garden. Host very friendly and helpful. Received good tips from nearby restaurants. And explanation about the distances of the sights.

Hotel Orcagna is located in a quiet area near the Arno River. You can walk to Piazza S.Croce in 15 minutes, or get a bike at reception and visit the entire Florence.

Hotel Orcagna has a small, relaxing garden and serves buffet breakfast. Very close to city centre, large and clean room and more the adequate breakfast! Parking available for motorcycle for 5euro per day!!!
