We loved every moment we spent at Villa Lina and regretted not booking it for the entirety of our trip to Lake Como! It was our favorite part of the trip. The house is so beautifully decorated and well kept. The owners are fantastic, incredibly kind, super easy to talk to and so helpful! The location is amazing, walking distance to the ferry and in a super chill non-touristy area which we appreciated very much! The breakfast was great - super fresh with plenty of delicious options and pastries! I could spend all day talking about this place. A dream!

Extremely welcoming hosts especially Fabia who always took the time to explain every dish and wine he offered us. Very friendly and helpful staff overall. The area is quiet and relaxing, we could see a small stream from our bathroom window. The food was also amazing, make sure you try it! Will hopefully be back!
Very spacious, bed was amazing, location was great and everything was as described. I think some of the reviews are old and it has been refurbished, bathroom was lovely and so was everything else.
The hotel staff was very friendly and obliging. We forgot our charging cable for our phones and could borrow one from the reception. The room was very clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very attantive. We enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it.
The room on the top was decked out with modern facilities such as the electric window and blinds and heating. Beautiful room. Bath was fun to have in room. Also very nice to be on the sane floor as kitchen and balcony. The hot tub was a real treat on our first night. Alberto was exceptionally welcome. The single room was so comfortable. Suited me much better than hard bed. They had it made up for our second night and I slept so well on the down pillows and blanket on it.
The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was lovely. There was a lot of space in the apartment which was nice. Everything was clean. The host greeted us at the apartment to show us around. The host also provided a lot of useful information about the area.
So relaxing, perfect location right by the water which was lovely to sit by at breakfast. Room was spacious and clean and comfy. A perfect stay!
Modern, stylish and clean. It was a new and beautiful studio apartment with a lounge, bathroom, kitchen and dining area relatively near the train station and city centre. Would definitely recommend for small families.
This house is big, plenty of space with three bedrooms and large lounge upstairs and bathroom. Shower room and kitchen are downstairs. Check in instructions were very helpful and clear. Nearby restaurants, just 1 minute walk across the road, were very good and recommended. Main Bellagio and Lake Como are a 20 minute walk but there are a number of car parks in close proximity.
The apartment was very well located, amazing view of Lago di Como, very comfortable, well fitted kitchen with lots of utensiles to be used. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was very spacious and modern. Really nice apartment! The balcony is very charming and you can just sit there and relax enjoying the view. Highly recommend!
